History
Afrazand Company, after several years of studying Iran’s zeolite deposits by experienced experts in various regions of the country, eventually discovered one of the world’s rare zeolite deposits, specifically clinoptilolite, and officially registered the company in 1998. Key features of the discovered deposit include a massive reserve, quality diversity, the best purity, high porosity, a vast specific surface area, unique potassium content, an ideal silicon-to-aluminum ratio, absence of harmful needle-like zeolites such as erionite and mordenite, minimal salt and clay minerals, and no contamination from heavy metals. These characteristics contribute to the high success and effectiveness of this zeolite in various applications, especially in absorbents, odor control, wastewater treatment, agriculture, and catalysis industries.
